I suffer quite badly from hypermobility syndrome. Over the years I've dislocated almost everything in my body, at one point having to tape up my knee everyday for 2 years. I've been to far too many physios, doctors, pre surgery appointments at the hospital. With ZERO and trust me I mean ZERO results. My joints massively improved when I started crossfit, but this year I've been working one on one with Josh and they have been the best they've ever been. We have been doing strength, mobility and most importantly stability training. Through massage therapy he has been able to target the exact muscles that are tight as it's not good for people with my condition to stretch because you're not stretching muscle but more all of the other connective tissue around it which is not good. Because of the work we have been doing I have less pain and I feel more comfortable trying new things physically. I feel more secure in everyday activities, like stairs as I have popped a knee about a dozen times just walking down stairs. This man has quite literally changed my life and I would like everyone else to be able to experience that. If you have an injury, or just mobility/stability issues, or you want a new PT, or just want to consult with someone with an immense knowledge of the body then there is no one else I would recommend.
