The Human Movement Instruction Manual

The Human Movement Instruction Manual is an introductory, step by step guide to reclaiming and maintaining physical independence.

It provides information to gain a basic understanding of how our bodies function in a step by step fashion, with the goal of eventually building towards more complex expressions of human movement such as group fitness classes, sport, as well as navigating the physical demands of day to day life.

It also serves as an exercise prescription guide for my Massage Therapy clients, covering self care exercises for the most common musculoskeletal issues I come across day after day in the clinic.

My goal with the Manual is to educate people on how they can improve their quality of life, performance, and set themselves up for physical independence throughout any stage of life.
